Halo Top makes a pint
It's been hot across the country the last few weeks, and Halo Top wants to help consumers beat the heat by carrying around a literal pint of ice cream in a special-made bag.
For National Ice Cream Day on July 16, the lower-calorie ice cream brand created a Pint Pack, a small insulated bag meant to carry a single pint of ice cream. The bag is shaped like a Halo Top pint, with a white quilted exterior and golden lid. The tiny cooler’s strap even has a spoon holster.
The Pint Pack design was a collaboration between the agency CPB and two design firms run by Pratt Institute of Design professors—Peter Ragonetti of PTR Design and Rebeccah Pailes-Friedman of Interwoven Design.
The limited-edition bags were sold online at PintPack.HaloTop.com for $73.90 each, and are already sold out.
